Vision
Illuminating Lives with the Light of God's Love
At The Shepherd's Staff Ministries, our vision is to illuminate lives with the transformative light of God's love. We envision a world where every individual, regardless of their background or struggles, finds solace, hope, and purpose in the arms of our Saviour.
Matthew 5:16 - "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."

Guided by the Father, strengthened by the Son, and inspired by the Holy Spirit, our vision is to be a beacon of compassion, a source of unwavering support, and a catalyst for positive change in the lives we touch. We believe in the power of authentic relationships, the impact of serving our community, and the profound effect of staying true to our calling.
As we journey together, let us be the light that dispels darkness, the hope that triumphs over despair, and the love that conquers all.
1 Peter 2:9 - "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
Mission
Journeying Together in Faith, Love, and Service
Our mission at The Shepherd's Staff Ministries is rooted in the belief that every person matters, and their struggles are not ignored but met with love, understanding, and the unyielding truth of God's Word. We are dedicated to walking alongside individuals and communities, providing guidance, support, and a safe haven for spiritual growth.
Galatians 5:13 - "For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another."
Through counseling, teaching Christian leadership, conducting Biblically based marriage seminars, and engaging in personal prayer ministry, we seek to be the tangible expression of God's love. Our mission is to evangelize, disciple, empower, and equip the Church, transcending cultural barriers and touching lives in India and beyond.
Matthew 28:19-20 - "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Statement of Faith
-
We affirm the existence of one God, who is the Creator and exists as a personal, triune being.
-
We uphold the absolute authority of the Scriptures in our belief system.
-
We believe that Jesus Christ, fully divine, took on human form through the miraculous virgin birth, being both fully God and fully human.
-
Our faith rests in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, accomplished through His atoning death and subsequent bodily resurrection. He currently resides in glory and is expected to return.
-
Salvation is attained not through personal merit but by embracing Jesus Christ as one's Savior through faith in His death and resurrection.
-
The Holy Spirit resides within and empowers every believer, guiding them toward conformity to Christ's image and unity within the Body of Christ, which is the Church.
-
We acknowledge Jesus Christ's commission for all believers to become disciples and in turn, make disciples, spreading the Gospel and demonstrating God's compassion and justice to all humanity."
